<br />CONTINENTAL AUXILIARY COMPANY, as trustee under a deed of trust
<br />dated February 8, 1978, made by MINNIE F. GRENINGER, a widow, and DAVID
<br />E. GRENINGER and BARBARA J. GRENINGER, husband and wife, and ROGER P.
<br />GRENINGER, a single man, and MICHAEL G. GRENINGER, an unmarried man, as
<br />trustors and recorded on February 14, 1978, on Reel 5258, Image 574, of
<br />Official Records in the office of the Recorder of Alameda County, California,
<br />has received from beneficiary thereunder a written request to reconvey in
<br />accordance with the terms of such deed of trust all estate now held by such
<br />trustee under the deed of trust in and to the property hereinafter described;
<br />and the deed of trust and note or notes secured thereby have been presented
<br />for endorsement.
<br />Therefore, CONTINENTAL AUXILIARY COMPANY, the trustee, does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, all estate, now held by trustee under the deed of trust, in and
<br />to that property situated in Alameda County, California, described as follows:
<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State
<br />of California, being a portion of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block A of the Map
<br />of the Cherry Lynn Tract, filed January 24, 1908 in Book 23 of Maps
<br />Page 65, Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the southwest line of Washington Avenue,
<br />formerly San Lorenzo Avenue, (60 feet wide), with the southeast line of
<br />the said Lot �, Block A, of the Cherry Lynn Tract; thence along the last
<br />line south 62 06' west 10.00 feet to a line drawn parallel and 10.00
<br />feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, from the said southwest
<br />lige of Washington Avenue; thence along the said parallel line north
<br />27 55' west 90.01 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the south, having
<br />a radius of 30.00 feet; thence northwesterly, westerly, and southwesterly
<br />along the said tangent curve, through a central angle of 89° 59', a distance
<br />of 47.12 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent curve concave to the south,
<br />having a radius of 40.00 feet, said point of cusp being on the southeast
<br />line of Marina Boulevard, formerly First Avenue, (60.00 feet wide); thence
<br />northeasterly, easterly and southeasterly along the last said curve,
<br />through a central angle of 89 59', a distance of 62.82 feet to a tangent
<br />line, said tangent line being the said southwest line of Washington Avenue;
<br />thence along the last said line south 27 55' east 80.01 feet to the
<br />Beginning.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 1,050 square feet, more or less.
