Relinquishes to the City of San Leandro any and all rights Owner <br />may have to ingress to or egress from the above described land over and across <br />the line described as a "parallel line, southeasterly, 42.98 feet" in said Deed <br />to City, to the public right-of-way commonly known as San Leandro Boulevard. It <br />is the purpose of this relinquishment that no right or easement of access shall <br />attach or be appurtenant to the property above described, by reason of the fact <br />that the same may abut upon a public right-of-way and/or a City street; and <br />2. Owner shall maintain a solid board fence or masonry wall facing <br />San Leandro Boulevard in a clean, painted or stained state and solid structural <br />condition so as to present an attractive appearance.
