<br />California, being a portion of Lot A, Block 13, as shown on the "Map
<br />of the Town of San Leandro", filed February 27, 1855, in Book 2 of
<br />Maps, at page 43, Alameda County Records, and further described as
<br />follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot; thence along the eastern
<br />line of said Lot, southerly, 10.00 feet to a cusp with a tangent curve,
<br />concave to the southwest, having a radius of 10.00 feet; thence north-
<br />westerly, westerly and southwesterly along said curve to a point of
<br />cusp with the northern line of said Lot, said northern line being tan-
<br />gent with said curve at last said cusp; thence along said northern line,
<br />easterly, 10.00 feet to the Beginning.
