Form No. 1056-4 <br />All Policy Forms <br />SCHEDULE C <br />The land referred to in this policy is situated in the State of Cali forni a <br />County of Alameda, City of San Leandro and is described as follows: <br />PARCEL 1: <br />Beginning at a point on the southeastern line of Estucillo Avenue, distant <br />thereon northeasterly 95 feet from the point of intersection thereof with <br />the northeastern line of SAnta Rosa Street, as said avenue and street are shown <br />on the map hereinafter referred to; running thence northeasterly along the <br />said line of Estudillo Avenue 49 feet; thence at right angles southeasterly <br />141 feet, 9 inches; thence at right angles southwesterly 49 feet; and thence <br />at right angles northwesterly 141 feet, 9 inches to the point of beginning. <br />Being portions of Lots 3 and 4, Block 23, Map of the Estudillo Tract, filed <br />January 10, 1876, Map Book 5, Page 32, Alameda County Records. <br />PARCEL 2: <br />Beginning at a point in the northwestern line of Joaquin Avenue, distant <br />thereon northeasterly 100 feet from the point of intersection thereof with <br />the northeastern line of Santa Rosa Street, as said avenue and street are <br />shown on the map hereinafter referred to; thence northwesterly at right angles <br />to said line of Joaquin Avenue, 111 feet, 6 inches to the actual point of <br />beginning of this description; thence continuing along said right angle line <br />northwesterly 30 feet, 3 inches, thence at right angles northeasterly 50 feet; <br />thence at right angles southeasterly 30 feet, 3 inches; and thence at right <br />angles southwesterly 50 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Being a portion of Lots Number 21 and 22, Block No. 23, as said lots and <br />block are delineated and so designated upon that certain map hereinabove <br />referred to in Parcel Number 1. <br />A.
