MEMORANDUM <br />City of San Leandro <br />Public Works Department <br />February 23, 1981 <br />T0: Richard West, City Cleric ,� <br />FROM: Phil Long, Public Works Director <br />SUBJ : Grant Deed - 511 Estudillo Ave. <br />Attached is a deed granting the City a 7 foot right of way strip <br />along the Estudillo Ave. frontage of 511 Estudillo Ave. <br />Estudillo Ave. is a Plan Line Street per Ordinance 69-17. A require- <br />ment of Section 7-17-100 of the Municipal Code is that property within the <br />designated street area must be granted to the City prior to the issuance <br />of building permits for any project which will generate additional traffic. <br />Therefore, this particular grant deed was required as a condition of issu- <br />ance of a building permit for a commercial building at 511 Estudillo Ave. <br />In light of the above requirement, you are hereby authorized to accept <br />this grant deed on behalf of the City. <br />JSN/ac <br />Attach. <br />
