Kallan and Sam Kalunian, a partnership <br />(herein referred to as "Owners"), relating to the making of public improvements on that <br />real property described in Exhibit "A" incorporated herein by reference (herein <br />referred to as "the subject property"), and commonly referred to as <br />Public improvements adjacent to 511 Estudillo Avenue <br />In consideration for approval of <br />Building permits for 511 Estudillo Avenue <br />by City, owner has agreed to improve certain streets and public easements at the subject <br />property to standards prescribed by City and to make certain other improvements and to <br />pay to City such sums as are specified in detail in the above -mentioned Public Improve- <br />ment Agreement, a copy of which is on file for public inspection in the office of the <br />City Clerk, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California. Under the provisions of <br />the San Leandro Municipal Code, the substantial completion of the work provided for in <br />said Public Improvement Agreement may be a condition precedent to the issuance by the <br />City of building permits or other entitlements of use for the subject property. <br />
