Doadrich: <br />I am sorry to be -late with this enclosed option to <br />purchase five feet of land from Emma M. Schumachor's property <br />at 564 - 143rd Avenue, San Leandro, California. <br />You will note that I added in the first paragraph of <br />the option, where we give the city the otion of buying our <br />land, the statement: "PROVIDED TWO DRIVEWAYS ARE ALLOWED BY <br />THE CITY,", This is in compliance with the desire of Mr. Marsh <br />representing our tenant The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph <br />Company. The employees of the company wish to park parallel <br />in this area. It is our understanding that the city is grilling <br />to go alon.- with thin. <br />Tho document is stapled to a photo copy of a POWER <br />OF ATTORNEY as Mrs. Emma M. Schumacher is very old and unable <br />to sign her name any longer. I believe that when the dead <br />is filed it will require an original power of attorney. <br />We wish to call your attention to the age and condition <br />of Mrs. Emma M.
