EXHIBIT "A" DESCRIPTION: r BS'047402 That parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Being a portion of Lots I, J and K, Block 32, Map of the Town of San Leandro, filed February 27, 1855, Map Book 2, page 43, Alameda County Records, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southeast line of said Lot K with the northeast line of San Leandro Boulevard, (formerly Estudillo Street), 80.63"feet wide, as said boulevard is shown on said map; thence along said line of San Leandro Boulevard, North 28 west, 113.00 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the east, having a radius of 37.00 feet; thence northwesterly, northerly, and northeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 90°, a distance of 58.12 feet to a tangent line, said line being also the southeast line of Davis Street, 80.20 feet wide, as said street is shown on said map; thence along said line of Davis Street, north 62° east, 48.00 feet; thence south 57° 32' west, 38.53 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the east, having a radius of 30.00 feet; thence south- westerly, southerly and southeasterly along last said curve, through a central angle of 82° 05' 37", a distance of 42.98 feet to a tangent line; thence along last said tangent line south 24° 33' 47" east, 49.62 feet to a line parallel with and 16.00 feet northeasterly, measured at right:angles from said line of San Leandro Boulevard; thence along last said parallel line south 28° east, 69.35 feet to the said southeast line of Lot K: thence along last said line south 62° west, 16.00 feet to the point of beginning.
