<br />THE CMDITION of the foregoing obligation is such that, whereas.the above.
<br />bounden ?rincipal has entered into a contract, dated Se,itember 1
<br />to do the following work, to -wit: Construct all public improvements adjacent to
<br />754 Marina Boulevard to conform to the Marina Boulevard Plan Line. Work includes
<br />curbs, gutter, sidewalk and paving.
<br />as is more specifically set forth in said contract, to which contract reference is
<br />^ereb-,r made;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, it the above bounden Principal, contractor, percn, company
<br />or corporation, or his or its sub -contractor, fails to pay for any materials, pro-
<br />visions, provender, or other supplies, or teams used in, upon, for, or about the per-
<br />formance of the work contracted to be done, or for any work or labor done thereon or
<br />any kind or for amounts due under the Unemployment Insuiunce Act with respect to such
<br />work or labor, the Surety on this bond -r-ll pay the same, in an amount not e<ree::ing
<br />the sum specified in the bond, -Td also in case suit is brought upon this bond, a
<br />reasonable attorney's fee to be fixed by the court, said attorneys fee to be taxed
