EXHIBIT B <br />That parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the northwestern line of Marina <br />Boulevard, formerly First Avenue, and Wick's Landing Road, with the <br />northeastern line gf Alvarado Street; thence along said line of Marina <br />Boulevard north 62 00' Bast 309.17 feet, more or less, to a point <br />distant thereon north 62 00' east 95.33 feet from the northeastern <br />line of the parcel of land described in Deed to Moris Fitzgerald, <br />recorded June 22, 1867, in Book "Y" of Deeds, page 313, Alameda County <br />Records, the last determined point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />thence continuing along said line of Marina Boulevard north 62 00' <br />east 70.00 feet; thence north 280 00' west 7.96 feet to a point on a <br />non -tangent curve, concave to the south and southeast, having a radius <br />of 840 feet, (a radial line of said curve to said point bears north <br />200 34' 27" west); thence along said curve westerly and southwesterly, <br />through a central angle of 4 47' 41", a distance of 70.29 feet to a <br />point on a non -tangent line, (a radial line of said 8urve to said <br />point bears north 25 22' 08" west); thence south 28 00' east 14.11 <br />feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 807 square feet, more or <br />less. <br />
