EXHIBIT B <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, being a portion of Lot 22, Tract 663, filed October 1, 1943, <br />in Book 8 of Maps, at Page 50, Alameda County Records, described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the northwestern line of Marina Boulevard, <br />formerly West Avenue 132 and First Avenue, with the northeastern line of <br />said Lot 22, as said avenue and lot are shorn on said map; thence along <br />the said line of Marina Boulevard, south 61 54' 30" west, 42.77 feet to <br />the southwestern line of said Lot 22; thence along last said line north <br />28 west, 15.00 feet to a line drawn parallel to said northwestern line of <br />Marina Boulevard, and 15.00 feet, measured at right angles, northwesterly <br />therefrom; thence along said parallel line, north 610 54' 30" east, 42.77 <br />feet to Pe said northeastern line of Lot 22; thence along last said line <br />south 61 54' 30" east, 15.00 feet to the Beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 642 square feet, more or less. <br />
