Relinquishes to the City of San Leandro any and all rights <br />Owner may have to ingress to or egress from the above described land over <br />and across the line described in the Grant Deed from George R. Canoles and <br />Hazel V. Canoles, his wife, to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corpor- <br />ation, recorded March 27, 1973, on Reel 3373, at Image 810, Alameda County <br />Records, as "north 790 36' 43" west, 25.43 feet", to the public right-of-way <br />commonly known as San Leandro Boulevard. It is the purpose of this relin- <br />quishment that no right or easement of access shall attach or be -appurtenant <br />to the property above described, by reason of the fact that the same may <br />abut upon a public right-of-way and/or a City street; and <br />2. Further agrees to maintain the fence or wall facing San Leandro <br />Boulevard in a painted or stained condition so as to present an attractive <br />appearance.
