RE:5240 IM:500 <br />h'.700546 <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California being a portion of Parcel 1, as said parcel is described in <br />the deed from Oakland Title Insurance and Guaranty Company to Peterson <br />Tractor and Equipment Company, recorded June 17, 1947 in Book 5160 at <br />Pages 234 and 235, Alameda County Records, and being further described <br />as follows: <br />PARCEL B <br />Commencing at the westerly corner of said Parcel 1; thence along the north- <br />west line of said Parcel 1, the last said line being also the southeast <br />line of Marina Boulevard (formerly First Avenue and West Avenue 132) 60.0o <br />feet wide, north 610 48, 44" east 629.85 feet to the !.'RUE POINT OF BEGIN- <br />NING; thence continuing along the last said line north 610 48' 44" east <br />173.38 feet, to a tangent curve, concave to the south, having a radius <br />of 40.00 feet, said tangent curve being also the general southwest line <br />of the Parcel described in the deed from Peterson Tractor and Equipment <br />Company to the City of San Leandro, recorded September 23, 1964 on Reel <br />1319, at Images 856 and 857, Alameda County Records; thence southeasterly, <br />southerly, and southwesterly along the last said tangent curve, through <br />a central angle of 890 57' 20", a distance of 62.80 feet to a tangent <br />line; thence along the last said tangent line, south 28 013' 56" east, <br />110.00 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius <br />of 450.00 feet; thence southeasterly along the last said tangent curve, <br />through a central angle of 90 22' 01", a distance of 73.57 feet to a <br />reverse curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 450.00 feet; <br />thence southeasterly along the said reverse curve, through a central <br />angle of 90 22' 01", a distance of 73.57 feet to a tangent line, said <br />tangent line being also the southwest line that certain easement for <br />street and public utility purposes described as Parcel 2 in the said deed <br />from Oakland Title Insurance and Guaranty Company to Peterson Tractor; <br />thence along the last said line south 28b 13' 56" east, 6.91 feet; thence <br />south 610 48' 44" west 15.00 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 15.00 <br />feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, from the said northeast <br />line of Parcel 1; thence along the said parallel line north 28 13' 5611 <br />west, 253.38 feet to a tangent curve concave to the south, having a radius <br />of 40.00 feet; thence northwesterly, westerly and southwesterly along <br />the last said curve, through a central angle of 890 57' 20", a distance <br />of 62.80 feet, to a tangent line; thence along the last said line south <br />610 48' 44" west 170.38 feet; thence north 28 13' 56" west, 10.00 feet <br />to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 3,873 square feet, more or <br />less. <br />ASSESSOR'S NO. 77A-648-1-5 <br />
