DENNEHEY, CITY CLERK <br />CI I SAN -ANDRO <br />MIR <br />SAN LEANDRO INVESTMENT COMPANY, a partnership, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, <br />a municipal corporation, all real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described at follows: <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the southwestern line of Alvarado <br />Street, as described in Parcel 1 of that certain instrument from San Leandro <br />Industrial Corporation, a California corporation, to City of San Leandro, a muni- <br />cipal corporation, dated July 27, 1954, recorded September 16, 1954 under <br />Recorder's Series No. AJ/81355, in Book 7426 of Official Records of Alameda <br />County, page 161, with the southeastern boundary line of that certain parcel of <br />land described in deed from Kaiser Community Homes, a corporation, to Ralph N. <br />Brodie Company, a corporation, dated May 7, 1951, recorded May 17, 1951, under <br />Recorder's Series No. AF/42210, in Book 6440 of Official Records of Alameda <br />County, page 217; thence along said line of Alvarado Street, nortf 280 13' 56" <br />west, 482.03 feet to the southeastern line of the 20 foot strip of land secondly <br />described in the deed by Oakland Title Insurance and Guaranty Company, to <br />Central Pacific Railway Company, dated June 16, 1947, recorded June 17, 1947, <br />in Book 5160 of Official Records of Alameda County, page 235, under Recorder's <br />Series No. AB/51686; thence along said southeastern line of the 20 foot strip, <br />south 610 53' 18" west, 12.00 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 12.00 feet <br />southwesterly, measured at right angles, from said line of Alvarado Street; <br />thence along said parallel line, south 28' 13' 56" east, 127.13 feet to a tan- <br />gent curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius of 1,040 feet; thence <br />southeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 2° 33' 45"; a dis- <br />tance of 46.51 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the southwest, having a <br />radius of 960 feet; thence southeasterly along last said curve, through a <br />central angle of 20 33' 45", a distance of 42.94 feet to a tangent line drawn <br />parallel with and 10.00 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, from said <br />line of Alvarado Street; thence along last said parallel line, south 28' 13' 56" <br />east, 235.43 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the west, having a radius of <br />30.00 feet; thence southeasterly, southerly and southwesterly along last said <br />curve, through a central angle of 900 07' 14", a distance of 47.19 feet to a <br />point of cusp with a tangent line, last said line being the said southeastern <br />boundary line of that certain parcel of land described in said deed from Kaiser <br />Community Homes; thence along last said line, north 610 53' 18" east, 40.06 <br />feet to the BEGINNING. <br />Excepting therefrom that portion of land conveyed by Ralph N.
