EXHIBIT 13 <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br />of California, being a portion of that certain parcel of land <br />described in the Grant Deed by Dorothy L. Bardell to the City of San <br />Leandro, dated September 14, 1970 and recorded September 17, 1970 on <br />Reel 2693 at Image 490, Alameda County Records, and being further <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the easterly prolongation of the <br />north line of Davis Street, 50.00 feet wide, (formerly County Road <br />No. 5952), with the southeasterly prolongation of the southwest line <br />of Doolittle Drive, 66.00 feet wide, (formerly Bayshore Boulevard, or <br />County Road No. 1434); thence along the said easterly prolongation <br />and the said north line of Davis Street, south 69 35' 00" west 125.00 <br />feet to She western line of said parcel from Bardell to City; thence <br />north 20 25' 00" west 5.07 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence <br />continuing along the last said line north 20° 25' 00" west 15.02 feet <br />to point on a non -tangent curve concave to the northwest, having a <br />radius of 30.00 feet and a central angle o� 300 53' 20", a radial line <br />of said curve to said point bears south 25 07' 47" east; thence along <br />sand curve, northeasterly, a distance of 16.11 feet; thence north <br />20 25' 00" wes8, 58.26 feet; thence north 36 10' 50" west, 55.21 feet; <br />thence north 69 35' 00" east 7.12 feet to a line drawn parallel with <br />and 50.00 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, from the said <br />southwest line of Doolittle Drive; thence along said parallel line south <br />45 04' 00" east 75.08 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the west, <br />having a radius of 45.00 feet and a central angle of 50° 01' 43"; thence <br />along said curvy southeasterly and southerly, a distance of 39.29 feet; <br />thence north 69 18' 30" west 7.00 feet; thence at right angles, south <br />20 41' 30" west 9.00 feet; thence at right angles, south 69 18' 30" <br />east 7.00 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve, concave to She north- <br />west, having a radius of 45.00 feet and a central angle of 50 01' 43" <br />(a radial line of last said curve to last said point bears south <br />630 34' 43" east); thence along said curve southwesterly and westerly, <br />a distance of 39.29 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 2,418 square feet, more or <br />less. <br />LD 83-10 (Revision No. 1) 6/27/83 <br />Dwg.
