Box 92936, Los Angeles, <br />CA 90009 <br />GRANT DEED <br />For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a public <br />body, corporate and politic, of the State of California, herein called <br />"Grantor", acting to carry out the Redevelopment Plan, herein called <br />"Redevelopment Plan", for the Plaza I Redevelopment Project, herein <br />called "Project", under the Co unity Redevelopment Law of California, <br />hereby grants to San Leandr laza Associates, a Limited Partnership, <br />herein called "Grantee", tlloe7 real property, hereinafter referred to as <br />the "Property", described in the document attached hereto, labeled <br />Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />1. The Property is conveyed subject to the Redevelopment Plan <br />and pursuant to a certain Disposition and Development Agreement <br />entered into by and between Grantor and Grantee as of December 15, <br />1980. The Disposition and Development Agreement is hereinafter <br />referred to as the "DDA". <br />2. The Grantee covenants and agrees for itself, its successors, <br />its assigns and every successor in interest that during construction <br />and thereafter, the Grantee, its successors and assigns shall devote <br />the Property to the uses specified in the Redevelopment Plan, this <br />deed, Exhibit "B" hereof (which is incorporated herein by this <br />reference), and the DDA for the periods of time specified therein. <br />The foregoing covenant shall run with the land. <br />
