/-i-,.2o <br />a5-0921 0 1 <br />Recording Requested By: <br />When Recorded Mail To: <br />Mail Tax Statements To: <br />Parking Authority of the City of San <br />Leandro <br />Civic Center <br />835 East 14th Street <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />City Clerk <br />City of San Leandro <br />835 East 14th Street <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />San Leandro Plaza Associates <br />c/o Hahn Devcorp <br />3666 Kearny Villa Road <br />San Diego, CA 92123 <br />GRANT DEED FOR EASEMENT <br />For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, <br />The Parking Authority of the City of San Leandro, a public body, <br />corporate and politic, of the State of California, herein called <br />"Grantor," acting to carry out the Redevelopment Plan for the <br />Plaza I Redevelopment Project under the Community Redevelopment Law <br />of California, hereby grants to San Leandro Plaza Associates, a <br />California limited partnership with Hahn Devcorp, a California <br />corporation, as general partner, herein called "Grantee," a <br />non-exclusive appurtenant easement for the sole purpose of erecting, <br />constructing, maintaining and replacing certain building components <br />structurally appurtenant and affixed to those certain improvements <br />constructed and maintained on Parcels 3, and 4 (dominant tenement) <br />of Parcel Map 3552, recorded December 7, 1981, in the Office of the <br />County Recorder of the County of Alameda (Book of Maps 131, pages 42 <br />and 43) on the real property of the Grantor (servient tenement) as <br />shown on Exhibit A hereof (incorporated herein by this reference) <br />and designated as Parcel 6 of Parcel Map 3552. <br />This easement is granted pursuant to §1101 and §1102 of that <br />certain agreement entitled "Maintenance, Operation and Reciprocal <br />Easement Agreement," dated December 9, 1981, and recorded by the <br />County Recorder of the County of Alameda (Document No. 81-205133), <br />by and between San Leandro Plaza Associates, Plaza Partners, and the <br />City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation ("MOREA"). Exhibit G-3 <br />to the MOREA is hereby amended only to the extent delineated on <br />Exhibit "A" hereto. <br />The easement granted herein shall remain in existence so long as <br />the respective building of the Grantee shall be in existence, <br />including any reconstruction of same, pursuant to Article VII, <br />
