The Property is conveyed subject to the Redevelopment Pla.i <br />and pursuant to a certain Disposition and Development Agreement <br />entered into by and between Grantor and Grantee as of December 15, <br />1980. The Disposition and Development Agreement is hereinafter <br />referred to as the "DDA". <br />The property is conveyed subject to the terms, conditions, <br />covenants and restrictions of that certai,. document entitled <br />Maintenance, operation and Reciprocal Easement Agreement dated <br />December 9, 1981, by and between San Leandro Plaza Associates, Plaza <br />Partners and City of San Leandro and recorded in the official records <br />of the County Recorder of Alameda County as document 81-205L33. For <br />purposes of said -agreement, this property c)nveyel shall be and is <br />considered "Building Area" and not "Common Area". <br />
