<br />For valuable consideration, recelpt- of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged,
<br />THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a public
<br />body, corporate and politic, of the State of California, herein called
<br />"Grantor", acting to carry out the Redevelopment Plan, herein called
<br />"Redevelopment Plan", for the Plaza I Redevelopment Project, herein
<br />called "Project", under the Community Redevelopment Law of California,
<br />hereby grants to San Leandro Plaza Associates, a Limited Partnership,
<br />herein called "Grantee", the real property, hereinafter referred to as
<br />the "Property", described in the document attached hereto, labeled
<br />Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference.
<br />1. The Property is conveyed subject to the Redevelopment Pla.i
<br />and pursuant to a certain Disposition and Development Agreement
<br />entered into by and between Grantor and Grantee as of December 15,
<br />1980. The Disposition and Development Agreement is hereinafter
<br />referred to as the "DDA".
<br />The property is conveyed subject to the terms, conditions,
<br />covenants and restrictions of that certai,. document entitled
<br />Maintenance, operation and Reciprocal Easement Agreement dated
<br />December 9, 1981, by and between San Leandro Plaza Associates, Plaza
<br />Partners and City of San Leandro and recorded in the official records
<br />of the County Recorder of Alameda County as document 81-205L33. For
<br />purposes of said -agreement, this property c)nveyel shall be and is
<br />considered "Building Area" and not "Common Area".
