EXHIBIT A H-07?858 <br />Description of Land <br />The land referred to herein is situated in the State <br />of California, County of Alameda, City of San Leandro, <br />described as follows: <br />Parcel 1: <br />Parcels A and B as shown on parcel map no. 4420, <br />filed June 4, 1985, in book 154 of parcel maps, at pages 56 <br />and 57, Alameda County Records. <br />Parcel 2: <br />Parcels 3 and 4 as shown on parcel map no. 3552, <br />filed December 7, 1981, in book 131 of parcel maps, at pages <br />42 and 43, Alameda County Records. <br />Parcel 3: <br />Easements as contained in the "Maintenance, <br />Operation and Reciprocal Easement Agreement", dated December <br />9, 1981, executed by and between San Leandro Plaza <br />Associates, Plaza Partners, and the City of San Leandro, <br />recorded December 9, 1981, instrument no. 81-205133, Alameda <br />County Records. <br />Parcel 4: <br />A non-exclusive appurtenant Easement as contained in <br />grant deed for Easement recorded May 13, 1985, instrument no. <br />85-92101, for the sole purpose of erecting, constructing, <br />maintaining and replacing certain building components <br />structurally appurtenant and affixed to those certain <br />improvements constructed and maintained on parcels 3 and 4 of <br />parcel map 3552, recorded December 7, 1981, in book of maps <br />131, pages 42 and 43, in the office of the County Recorder of <br />the County of Alameda. <br />
