<br />herein called "Grantee", the real property, hereinafter referred to
<br />as the "Subject Property", described in the document attached hereto,
<br />labeled Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference.
<br />1. The Grantee covenants and agrees for itself, its successors

<br />from a distance of 200 feet west of the intersection of East 14th
<br />Street and Fairmont Drive. This covenant shall run with the land.
