R7-106677 Vic° , Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the northern line of Halcyon Drive with the southwestern line of Block 5, as shown on the Map of Tract 744, filed May 31, 1946, Map Book 12, pages 28 and 29, Alameda County Records, said southwestern line being also the nor,fteastern right of way line of the Western Pacific Railroad, 80 feet wide, as it existed August 20, 1984; thence along said northern line of Halcyon Drive West 64.866 feet to the point of cusp of a non -tangent curve concave to the northwest, having a radiva of 32 feet, a radial of said curve to last said point bears south 10 20' 00" eas�; thence along said curve north- easterly through a central angle of 13 52' 00", a distancs of 7.74 feet to a tangent line; thence along said tangent line north 65 48' east 22.59 feet to a tangent curve concave to the southeast, having a radius of 48 feet; thence along said tangent curve through a central angle of 220 55' 42", a distance of 19.21 feet to a point on said southwestern line of Block 5, a radial of said tangent curve to last said point bears north 1° T 08" west; thence along said southwestern line of Block 5 south 49 13' 30" east 24.13 feet to the point of beginning.
