(Sale of Portion of Lewelling School Site to City of San Leandro) WHEREAS, the following described real property belonging to the San Lorenzo Unified School District of Alameda County, Saute of California. a public corporation, will not at the time of delivery of title or posses- sion as hereinafter provided, be needed for school classroom buildings by said School District, to wit: The land referred to herein is situated in the State of California, County of Alameda., CL C. San Leandro". described as follows: Being a portion of Lot 12 of the Duncan Cameren Tract, as shown on the map thereof filed November Z, 1891, in Book 12 of Maps at page 29, Alameda County Records, and being further cescribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the northwest line of Lewel- ling Boulevard, formerly County Road No. 1007, distant thereon south 62" 15' 00" west 666.63 feet from the west line of Washington Avenue, formerly County Road No. 725, as said roads are shown on said map; thence along said northwest line of Lewelling Boulevard south 62' 15' 00" west 337.62 feet to the northeast line of the parcel of land described in the deed from Pianetta to the City of San Leandro, recorded July 5, 1972, in reel 3173 at image 651, Ala,~„eda County Records; thence also;.- the lase said line IiG;"tii ° t r tt , 7 5 nn + ,-s .., 2 � 45 50 west . 00 feet "� i L! AND, WHEREAS, the San Lorenzo Unified School District is the successor in interest to the San Lorenzo School District of Alameda County, California; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration has been prepared and filed in ?r, cord-an.ce with Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq. ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 16201 to 16203, inclusive, of the Education Code of the State of California, title and fee to the real property hereinabove described shale be granted and conveyed to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporatioc of the State of California, without warranty of title, in consideration.
