RE:.1,188 K7:32 <br />of the City of San Leandro paying to the San Lorenzo Unified School <br />District the amount of $ 220.00 and i'h consideration of the benefits <br />which will accrue to this School District from the maintenance of said <br />real property by the City of San Leandro; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this sale -,hall be subject to the <br />following terms and conditions: <br />1. For and in consideration of the aforesaid purchase price, <br />the San Lorenzo Unified School District agrees to convey to the City of <br />San Leandro the fee to said lard b;. zrant deer':, <br />2. Any recording fee, title insurance premium, and revenue <br />stamps shall be at the sole cost and expense of the City of San Leandro. <br />3. In connection with this transfer and its street widening, the <br />City of San Leandro shall do the following: <br />a) Replace the School Disr_rict's existing 7 foot chair_ link <br />fence on the new property boundary. <br />b) Install five (5) fruitless mulberry trees where directed <br />by the School District. <br />c) Move the later connection to t„e Ins—id-1Z of tiiE' fence, <br />the approximate same relationship as it is to the present fence. This <br />will include the installation of a 3" back -flow preventer. <br />d) The slope from the sidewalk to the street shall he not <br />more than l' in a distance of 10'. <br />e) Install sidewalks, curbs and gutters as per plans and <br />specification submitted to and approved by the District.
