The cost of improvements to be installed by City for the <br />benefit of Owners is estimated to be Three Thousand Three <br />Hundred Dollars ($3,300). <br />3. City shall pay to Owners the sum of Five Hundred Twenty-five <br />Dollars ($525), which represents the difference between the <br />estimated value of the property to be granted by Owners to <br />City and the estimated cost of improvements to be installed <br />by City for the benefit of Owners. <br />4.
