84-072326 <br />APR 1013811, <br />REEL-----------------------------JMAG E <br />Approved as to Form <br />RICHA.RD MOORE, County Counsel <br />Byt---------------------------------------- Deputy <br />THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />On motion of Supervisor--------------------------------------------------------- Seconded by Supervisor. - <br />and approved by the following vote, <br />Ayes: Supervisors----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------•---------•----------------------------- <br />Noes: Supervisors ------------- - --- •-------------- <br />---- <br />Excused or Absent: Supers tsors------ ---- -- -- - --- ------------------------------------ <br />--------- - <br />7/— <br />THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION ION WAS . �f-57 <br />EXECUTE AND DELIVER GRANT DEED; DEPOSIT FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, consolidation of the Departments of the Municipal Courts in the <br />San Leandro -Hayward Judicial District into Hayward made the San Leandro <br />Municipal Court Building surplus property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro expressed interest in acquiring said <br />property, and the Board of Supervisors by Resolution No. 186789 did declare <br />its intention to enter into that Lease Agreement And Option To Purchase <br />covering the San Leandro Municipal Court Building, as so executed by the City <br />of San Leandro; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors in that resolution set a hearing with <br />respect to the proposed execution cf that lease agreement for Tuesday, <br />April 15, 1980, and notice of that hearing was published as required by law <br />and as directed by the Board in that resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors by Resolution No. 186934 of April 15, <br />1980, did find and determine that the San Leandro Municipal Court Building was <br />no longer required for County use and did authorize and direct the Chairman of <br />the Board of Supervisors to execute that Lease Agreement And Option To <br />Purchase with the City of San Leandro for that property commonly known as the <br />San Leandro Municipal Court Building and being all that certain real property <br />situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br />PARCEL A <br />Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of East 14th Street, <br />distant thereon north 300 55' 20" west (the bearing of said southwesterly <br />line of East 14th Street being taken as north 30' 55' 20" west for the <br />purpose of making this description), 46.00 feet from the intersection <br />thereof with the northwesterly line of Toler Avenue, as said street and <br />avenue now exist, and running thence south 590 04' 40" west, 20.00 feet to <br />a point on a line drawn parallel with the aforesaid southwesterly line of <br />East 14th Street and distant southwesterly 20.00 feet, measured at right <br />angles thereto, last said point being the ACTUAL POINT OF COMMENCEMENT; <br />thence along said parallel line north 30' 55' 20" west, 102 feet; thence <br />leaving said parallel line south 590 04' 40" west, 36.00 feet; thence <br />south 30' 55' 20" east, 24.00 feet; thence south 590 04' 40" west, 84.50 <br />feet; thence south 300 55' 20" east, 124.00 feet; thence north 590 04, 40" <br />east, 68.50 feet; thence north 30' 55' 20" west, 46.00 feet; thence north <br />590 04' 40" east, 52.00 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF COMMENCEMENT. <br />Containing 0.308 of an acre, and being a portion of the lands shown <br />on that certain map entitled "Map of San Antonio Court San Leandro, <br />California", etc., filed August 9, 1913 in Book 28 of Maps at page 38 <br />thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, and a portion of the <br />Rancho San Antonio.
