105204 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of Lots L, M and N, <br />Block 28, as said Lots and Block are shown on the "Map of <br />the Town of San Leandro", filed February 27, 1855, in Map <br />Book 2, page 43, Alameda County Records, and being further <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the northwestern line of <br />Thornton Street, 60.60 feet wide, and the northeastern line <br />of San Leandro Boulevard, formerly Estudillo Street, 80.63 <br />feet wide, as said streets are shown on the "Map of the Town <br />of San Leandro", filed February 27, 1855, in Book 2.of Maps, <br />at page 43, Alameda County Records; thence norhtwesterly <br />along the last said%line, 100.00 feet; thence northeasterly, <br />at right angles to the last said line, 16.00 feet to the <br />TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing northeasterly, <br />134.00 feet; thence southeasterly, at right angles to the <br />last said line, 100.00 feet to the said line of Thornton <br />Street; thence southwesterly along the last said line, 114 <br />feet to a tangent curve, concave to the north, having a <br />radius of 20.00 feet; thence southwesterly, westerly and <br />northwesterly along the said curve, through a central angle <br />of 900 00' 00", a distance of 31.42 feet to a tangent line, <br />said tangent line being parallel to and 16.00 feet north- <br />easterly, measured at right angles, from the said line of <br />San Leandro Boulevard; thence northwesterly along the said <br />parallel line, 80.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />
