105205 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of that certain parcel <br />of land described in the deed from Matilda Dutra, a widow, <br />to City of San Leandro, recorded July 19, 1966, on Reel 1808 <br />at Image 9, Alameda County Records, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the southeast line of <br />Castro Street, 60.30 feet wide, with the northeast line of <br />said parcel from Dutra to City of San Leandro; thence along <br />the last said line, south 280 east, 150 feet to the southeast <br />line of the said parcel from Dutra; thence along the last <br />said line, south 62° west, 18.99 feet, more or less, to a <br />line drawn parallel with and 100 feet northeasterly, measured <br />at right angles, frbm the northeast line of the Western <br />Pacific Railroad right of way, 80 feet wide; thence along <br />the said parallel line, north 491 07' west, 102.47 feet,. <br />more or less, to a tangent curve, concave to the east, <br />having a radius of 40.00 feet; thence northwesterly, north- <br />erly and northeasterly, along the last said curve, through a <br />central angle of 111" 071, a distance of 77.57 feet to a <br />point of tangency with the said southeast line of Castro <br />Street; thence along the last said line, north 62° east, <br />18.59 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br />
