SURPLUS PROPERTY PARCEL # <br />RC_ 1 44565 <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br />of California described as follows: <br />A portion of lots 44, 45, 80 and 81, as said lots as shown on the <br />Map of the Hemme Tract, filed October 1, 1889 in Book 9 of Maps, page <br />33, Alameda County Records, described as follows: <br />Beginning on the_ northeastern line of said lot 45, 50.00 feet north- <br />westerly from the northeastern corner of said lot 80; thence along <br />the northeastern line of said lots 45 and 80 southeasterly 192.46 <br />feet to a non -tangent curve concave tg the northeast, having a radius <br />of 20 feet, and a central angle of 17 00' 05"; thence along said <br />curve northwesterly 5.94 feet to a tangent point on a line parallel <br />with the centerline of the Western Pacific Railroad main track and <br />distant 133 feet, measured at right angles, northeasterly therefrom; <br />thence along said parallel line northwesterly 201.42 feet to a point <br />on a line parallel with the northwestern line of said lot 80 and dis- <br />tant 50.00 feet, measured at right angles, northwesterly therefrom; <br />thence along last said parallel line northeasterly 76.95 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />The above described parcel contains 7,499 square feet, more or less. <br />4. San Leandro Blvd. at Estabrook St. <br />The property is presently zoned R5. This permits residential uses <br />up to one dwelling unit for each 1,000 sq. ft. of lot area, with <br />Site Development Subcommission approval. Other uses may be approved <br />or denied by the City in response to a Planned Development applica- <br />tion from the owner. Minimum lot size in this zoning district is <br />5000 sq. ft. <br />The General Plan provides for residential use of subject property. <br />Any other use may require amendment of the General Plan.
