City Attorney <br />FROM: John Alexander, Associate Engineer t�- <br />SUBJECT: SAN LEANDRO BLVD. WIDENING, PROJECT ACCOUNT #910 <br />City Council Resolution 83-248 authorized the City Manager to take <br />necessary action to acquire certain property from BART. Attached <br />is the deed from BART, for which City check #054445 was issued and <br />delivered to BART. <br />The description contained in the attached document has been reviewed <br />and found to describe the property to be acquired. Attached is a <br />copy of the title report for this property which appears satisfactory. <br />Please review these items as to form and, if acceptable, forward to <br />the City Clerk for recording with the County. <br />JA:DB <br />Attachments <br />
