<br />the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows:

<br />California, being a portion of Lot 144, Tract 637, filed September 3,
<br />1942 in Book 8 of Maps, at pages 32 and 33, Alameda County Records,
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the eastern line of said Lot 144,
<br />with the northern line of Davis Street, as said lot and st6eet are
<br />shown on said tract; thence along last said line, south 69 30' west,
<br />30.00 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the north, having a radius
<br />of 20.00 feet; thence along s$id curve, southwesterly and westerly,
<br />through a central angle of 49 27' 30", a distance of 17.26 feet, to
<br />a Aoint, a radial of said curvetg last said point bears south
<br />28 572 30" west; thence north 78 18' 13" east, 45.74 feet to the
<br />Beginning.
<br />Leonard J. Cavanaugh and Helen C. Cavanaugh, his wife, as joint tenants,
<br />hereby relinquishes any and all rights of ingress to and egress from the
<br />lafld herein conveyed, over and across the line described as "north
<br />78 18' 13" east, 45.74 feet".
