<br />Agency of the City of San Leandro, a Public Entity, all that real property
<br />situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California,
<br />described as follows:
<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda,
<br />State of California, being a portion of West Joaquin Avenue,
<br />formerly Hepburn Street, and a portion of Washington Avenue,
<br />formerly Watkins Street as said streets are shown on the Map
<br />of the Town of San Leandro, filed February 27, 1855 in Book 2
<br />of Maps, at page 43 and Recorded by Order of the Board of
<br />Supervisors on June 14, 1870, in Book 1 of Maps, at page 19,
<br />Alameda County Records, being further described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the northeastern line of Hays
<br />Street with the southeastern line of West Joaquin Avenue;
<br />thence northeasterly along the last said line and its north-
<br />easterly prolongation, to the centerline of Washington Avenue;
<br />thence northwesterly along the said centerline to the center-
<br />line of West Joaquin Avenue; thence southwesterly along the
<br />last said centerline, to its intersection with the northwesterly
<br />prolongation of the said northeastern line of Hays Street;
<br />thence southeasterly along the last said prolongation to the
<br />point of Beginning.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 9,999 square feet,
<br />more or less.
