Mathews, <br />Inc., successor in interest to William Mathews Agency, Inc., <br />recorded in the official Records of the County of Alameda <br />under the County Recorder's Serial No. 79-172213, on August <br />29, 1979. <br />It is requested that your Honorable Board will cancel taxes <br />on this property. Upon your approval, we would appreciate <br />receiving a certified copy of the adopting resolution. <br />Be advised also, that portions of two parcels (77-545-5 <br />and 77-545-12) acquired by the Redevelopment Agency from <br />i3oitano via Condemnation No. 472125-1, California Superior <br />Court, Alameda County, October 8, 1,976, have been con- <br />veyed to Wm. Mathews, Inc. as part of land exchange agree- <br />ment and are in private ownership as of August 29, 1979. <br />The Agency -owned property conveyed to Wm. Mathews, Inc. <br />is delineated on attached ExliibiL B (Exhibit a, page 2 <br />of 3). A copy of the Boitano condemnation is enclosed. <br />Very truty yours, <br />Richard H.
