LEGAL DESCRIPTION REAL PROPERTY in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: PARCEL ONE: Beginning at a point on the Northeastern line of East 14th Street, distant thereon Northwesterly 91 feet from the intersection thereof with the Northwestern line of Cambridge Avenue, as said Street and Avenue are shown on the Map hereinafter referred to; and running thence Northwesterly along said line of East 14th Street 35 feet; thence Northeasterly parallel with said line of Cambridge Avenue 100 feet; thence Southwesterly parallel with said line of East 14th Street 35 feet; and thence Southwesterly parallel with said line of Cambridge Avenue 100 feet to the point of beginning. Being portions of Lots 6 and 7, as said Lots are delineated and so designated upon that certain Map entitled, "Map of Broadmoor Addition, San Leandro, Alameda County, California", filed August 8, 1911 and recorded in Book 25 of Maps, at Page 39, Alameda County Records.
