LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />REAL PROPERTY in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described <br />as follows: <br />PARCEL ONE: <br />Beginning at a point on the Northeastern line of East 14th Street, distant thereon Northwesterly 91 <br />feet from the intersection thereof with the Northwestern line of Cambridge Avenue, as said Street and <br />Avenue are shown on the Map hereinafter referred to; and running thence Northwesterly along said <br />line of East 14th Street 35 feet; thence Northeasterly parallel with said line of Cambridge Avenue 100 <br />feet; thence Southwesterly parallel with said line of East 14th Street 35 feet; and thence Southwesterly <br />parallel with said line of Cambridge Avenue 100 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Being portions of Lots 6 and 7, as said Lots are delineated and so designated upon that certain Map <br />entitled, "Map of Broadmoor Addition, San Leandro, Alameda County, California", filed August 8, <br />1911 and recorded in Book 25 of Maps, at Page 39, Alameda County Records. <br />A.P. No.: 076-0273-025 <br />PARCEL TWO: <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the Northeastern line of East 14th Street, with the <br />Northwestern line of Cambridge Avenue, as said Street and Avenue are shown on the Map hereinafter <br />referred to; and running thence Northwesterly along said line of East 14th Street, 91 feet; thence <br />Northeasterly, parallel with said line of Cambridge Avenue, 100 feet; thence Southeasterly parallel <br />with said line of East 14th Street, 91 feet to the said line of Cambridge Avenue; thence Southwesterly <br />along said line of Cambridge Avenue, 100 feet to the point of commencement. <br />Being portions of Lots numbered 5 and 6, as said Lots are laid down and so designated upon that <br />certain Map entitled, "Map of Broadmoor Addition, San Leandro, Alameda County, California", filed <br />August 8, 1911, and recorded in Liber 26 of Maps, at Page 39, in the Office of the County Recorder <br />of Alameda County. <br />A.P. No.: 076-0273-024 <br />PARCEL THREE: <br />Lots 1 and 2 in Block 3 of Broadmoor, according to the Map thereof filed January 30, 1908, in the <br />office of the County Recorder of Alameda County and of record in Book 23 of Maps, Page 68. <br />PARCEL FOUR: <br />Lot 8 and a portion of Lots 7 and 9 of Broadmoor Addition according to the Map thereof, tiled <br />August 8, 1911 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County and of record in Book 26 <br />of Maps, Page 39, bounded as follows: <br />
