not been exempt, an amount of money in <br />lieu of taxes. <br />A proportionate share of any amount of <br />money paid by the agency to any city and <br />county pursuant to the preceding paragraph <br />shall be disbursed by the city and county to <br />any school district with territory located <br />within the project area in the city and <br />county. "Proportionate share," as used in <br />this section, means the ratio of the school <br />district tax rate, which is included in the to- <br />tal tax rate of the city and county, to the total <br />tax rate of the city and county. <br />The agency may also pay to any taxing <br />agency with territory located within the pro- <br />ject area (other than the city) any amounts of <br />money which in the agency's determination <br />are appropriate to alleviate any financial <br />burden or detriment caused to such taxing <br />agency by the project. Plan § 13, 1998) <br />1.24.100 Duration of this plan. <br />Except for the nondiscrimination and <br />nonsegregation provisions (which shall run <br />in perpetuity), and the obligation to repay <br />any indebtedness as provided in Section <br />1.36.020(F), the provisions of this plan shall <br />be effective and the provisions of other <br />documents formulated pursuant to this plan <br />will remain effective through January 1, <br />2012 for Area 1; December 17, 2022 for <br />Area 2; March 30, 2024 for Area 3; Novem- <br />ber 29, 2025 for Area 4; and July 5, 2029 for <br />Area 5 (A—D).
