EXIIIBIT I — LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY <br />1016 Davis Street - APN: 075-0148-005-00 <br />Beginning at a point on the Northern line of Davis Street, distant thereon North 720 27' East 60 <br />feet from the point of intersection thereof with the Eastern line of a Tract known as "Dabner's <br />Addition", filed in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County; thence parallel with the <br />last mentioned line, North 280 West 94.50 feet; thence at right angles, North 621 East 29.54 <br />feet; thence South 28° East 99.75 feet to said line of Davis Street; thence South 720 27' West 30 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />1040 Davis Street - APN: 075-0148-006-01 <br />Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of Dabnees Addition to the Town of San Leandro, <br />according to the map thereof, filed May 16, 1871, in Book 2 of Maps, Page 22, Alameda County <br />Records, distant thereon North 281 West 83.65 feet from the Northwesterly line of Davis Street; <br />thence continuing along said Northeastern line of "Dabner's Addition", 20 feet; thence North 620 <br />East 88.55 feet; thence South 280 East 20.00 feet; thence South 620 West 88.55 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northern line of Davis Street with the Eastern line of <br />"Dabners Additions to the Town of San Leandro", according to the map thereof, filed May 16, <br />1871, in Book 2 of Maps, Page 22, Alameda County Records; running thence along said line of <br />Davis Street, North 720 27' East 60 feet; thence parallel with said line of "Dabner's Addition", <br />North 280 West 94.50 feet; thence South 620 West 59 feet to said Eastern line of "Dabner's <br />Addition"; thence along the last mentioned line, South 281 East 83.65 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />
