STATEMENT OF BUYER <br />RELEASE OF LIABILITY <br />1016, 1040, 1048, 1052 Davis Street <br />Street <br />1040 DaviVPartnership, LLC, a California limited liability corporation ("Buyer") hereby <br />relinquishes any and all claims against the City of San Leandro, San Leandro Redevelopment <br />Agency ("Seller"), and its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers, related to its voluntary <br />purchase from the Agency of the property located at 1016, 1040, 1048, and 1052 Davis Street, <br />San Leandro ("Site"). Buyer acknowledges that property is being sold "as -is" with no <br />warranties, express or implied, as to its condition by Seller.
