Cruz, Senior Engineering Aide <br />CITY .;L;-iiK`= C)PF"CF <br />SUBJECT: Resolution No. 95-102, Summarily Vacating Excess Right -of -Way at Bigge <br />Street (provides for vacation by the City of excess property along Bigge Street) <br />Attached you will find copy of the transmittal letter send to Reynolds and Brown, the <br />company that represents various owners whose properties are adjacent to the excess Right - <br />of -Way at Bigge Street. <br />Romy Couto of Reynolds and Brown, inform our office that their is a change of ownership <br />on one of the property involved, while in process of assembling a complete documents for <br />recording with Alameda County Recorder's Office. Attached you will also find copy of <br />transmittal from Reynolds and Brown and Quitclaim Deed to Pargas of San Leandro, the <br />former owner of the property'and the new Quitclaim Deed for the new owner "Suburban <br />Propane, a Maryland corporation", as sign by the Mayor on September 8, 1995. <br />D:\wp\misc\Bigge.mem <br />
