<br />CITY of SAN LEANDRO
<br />DOUGLAS STATIONS, INC., a Delaware corporation, hereby grant to the CITY
<br />OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all land situated in the City of San
<br />Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows:
<br />A portion of the land described in the Deed to William H. Sequeira et ux, dated
<br />June 7, 1951, recorded June 13, 1951, in Book 6461, of the Official Records of
<br />Alameda County, Page 15, (A.F./499860) described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the most southern corner thereof; thence northwesterly along the
<br />southwestern line of said land, 10.00 feet to a line drawn parallel with and
<br />10.00 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles, from the northwestern line. of
<br />Marina Boulevard, formerly First Avenue, also formerly West Avenue 132nd; thence
<br />northeasterly along said parallel line, 82.08 feet, more or less, to a tangent
<br />curve, concave to the west, having a radius of 20 feet; thence northeasterly,
<br />northerly, and northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 89° 46'
<br />12", more or less, a distance of 31.34 feet, more or less, to a tangent line,
<br />said tangent line being the southwestern line of Eveleth Avenue, as said avenue
<br />is defined by Parcel 2 of that Grant of Easement to the City of San Leandro,
<br />dated July 28, 1952, recorded August 20, 1952, in Book 6807 of the Official
<br />Records of Alameda County, Page 68 (A.G./68890); thence southeasterly along last
<br />said line, 29.92 feet, more or less, to said line of Marina Boulevard; thence
<br />southwesterly, 102 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
<br />The above -described parcel of land contains an area of 1,105 square feet, more or
<br />less.
