East 30.00 feet to a point on the <br />centerline of Juana Street; thence leaving said Southeasterly <br />prolongation along said centerline South 62 deg. 00 min. West <br />16.00 feet; thence leaving said centerline North 28 deg. 00 min. <br />West 3.43 feet; thence Northwesterly along a tangent curve to the <br />right with a radius of 300.00 feet through a central angle of <br />5 deg. 04 min. 49 sec. for an arc length of 26.60 feet to a point <br />on said Northwesterly line of Juana Street; thence along said <br />Northwesterly line North 62 deg. 00 min.
