VARGAS, Administrator of the Estate of ISABEL ZORA; and <br />5 COUNTY OF ALAMEDA were entered on April 29, 1988, April 29, 1988,1 <br />6 March 31, 1988 and March 11, 1988, respectively; and <br />7 WHEREAS, Plaintiff CITY OF SAN LEANDRO and Defendants <br />8 EDWARD SCARES; ELLSWORTH SCARES; the heirs and devisees of RAYMOND' <br />Q SCARES, deceased, and all persons claiming by, through, or under <br />10 said decedent; the heirs and devisees of LEONARD SCARES, deceased, <br />11 and all persons claiming by, through, or under said decedent; and <br />12 WILLIAM SCARES have stipulated that Judgment in Condemnation may <br />13 be entered with respect to the real property or interests in real <br />14 property described in Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint on file <br />15 herein and described in Exhibit A attached hereto and have waived <br />16 Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Notice of Entry of <br />17 Judgment, <br />18 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND <br />19 DECREED that: <br />20 1. Just compensation to be paid by Plaintiff for the <br />21 acquisition of said property to Defendants EDWARD SCARES; <br />22 ELLSWORTH SCARES; the heirs and devisees of RAYMOND SCARES, <br />23 deceased, and all persons claiming by, through, or under said <br />24 decedent; the heirs and devisees of LEONARD SCARES, deceased, and <br />25 all persons claiming by, through, or under said decedent; and <br />26 WILLIAM SCARES is the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00). <br />27 2. In addition, Plaintiff shall pay to said Defendants <br />28 the sum of Three Hundred Seventy -Three and No/100 Dollars <br />
