Debbie, <br />I don't see any record of APN 075-0120-007-02. East Bay Baptist Association (EBBA)'s <br />property is APN 075-0120-007-03. The Redevelopment Agency purchased an 8' strip of <br />land from EBBA and then did a lot line adjustment to incorporate the eight foot piece into <br />the larger parcel located at 1103 Davis Street (APN 075-0120-061-03). <br />I checked MetroScan but was unable to locate an APN 075-0120-007-02.
