It looks like you have a std. ltr you do (D:\County\Canceltax.Fml-3). <br />Here's the info for the inserts: <br />"Title was taken by deed from: Helen F. Bettencourt for property at 1242 Wayne <br />Avenue San Leandro CA 94577 APN 75-120-61 and recorded in the Official Records of <br />the County of Alameda under the County Recorder's Serial No. 85-266310 on December <br />16, 1985. <br />(XX) Cancel taxes on the above property." <br />I can do the letter of you want to e-mail me a copy. <br />A copy of letter needs to be sent to: Alameda Co.
