Recording Requested by and <br />after Recording Mail to: <br />City Clerk <br />City of San Leandro <br />835 East 14th Street <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br />For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby <br />acknowledged, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, ("Transferor") does hereby remise, <br />release and forever quitclaim to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro, a public agency <br />("Transferee") all rights, title and interest which Transferor has in the real property located in the City <br />of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, and described in attached Exhibit 1 and <br />incorporated herein by reference, and an appurtenant access easement across a portion of the adjacent <br />real property owned by the City of San Leandro located in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, and described in attached Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by reference. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, TRANSFEROR has executed this quitclaim deed pursuant to <br />authority conferred by resolution of the City Council of the City of San Leandro adopted on <br />December 15, 1997 , and the Transferor consents to recordation thereof by its duly <br />authorized officer or agent this 16th day of December , 1997. <br />Dated: December 16, 1997 Bv: <br />1 Jermanis, City Manager <br />City of San Leandro <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
