IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97- 29 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED <br />FOR A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY AT <br />1193 ALADDIN AVENUE, AND APPURTENANT <br />ACCESS EASEMENT, TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />Recitals <br />(1&-19�11;zo <br />— 21'� <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 96-32, the Redevelopment Agency had <br />previously accepted the subject property on 1193 Aladdin Avenue, and more <br />particularly described in the attached Exhibit A (the "Property"), by quitclaim deed <br />from the Citv of San Leandro ; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agency accepted the Property for use as the location of a <br />reader board sign for the San Leandro automall; and <br />WHEREAS, the automall readerboard sign has been constructed, but at a <br />different location; and <br />WHEREAS, because the Agency is not utilizing the Property, it desires to <br />reconvey the Property to the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the Redevelopment Agency hereby authorizes its Executive Director to <br />execute a Quitclaim Deed for a portion of the property at 1193 Aladdin Avenue, and <br />appurtenant access easement, as more particularly described in the attached Exhibit <br />A, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br />
