ENGINEERING <br />City of San Leandro JAN 2 5 1991 <br />Civic Center <br />835 E. 14th Street M SPORTAM <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />Dear City Council of San Leandro: <br />I would like to appeal to the City Council regarding the acquisition of my <br />property at 1234 Orchard Avenue. <br />In taking my property, the money I received from you and the money I am to <br />receive from my relocation assistance benefits, as calculated by the Alameda <br />County Public Works Agency - Real Estate Office, will not put me into a house <br />of the same footage with a two car garage and a mortgage paid in full 10-91. <br />I am asking from you not to be put into debt for something it has taken twenty- <br />nine years to pay for. <br />Thank You. <br />Bonnie Pennington <br />89 <br />
