CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: September 21, 1998 <br />TO: Debbie Dettmer, City Clerk's Office <br />FROM: Rob Caughell, Sr. Personnel Analyst <br />SUBJECT: CANCEL TAXES - PROPERTY AT 1241 MANOR BOULEVARD (VALENZIANO) <br />APN: 80H-1586-7 -Washington Manor Branch Library Replacement Site Project <br />Attached are a check from Placer Title Company payable to the Alameda County Board of Supervisors for <br />$1,395.04, an escrow closing statement from Placer Title Company and a copy of the recorded deed for the <br />above subject property acquisition. Within 30 days, the City Clerk's Office should be receiving the fully <br />executed recorded deed from the County Assessor's Office for your deed file. Upon receipt of the recorded <br />deed, please cancel the taxes with the Alameda County Board of Supervisors and enclosed the attached <br />check that pays off the taxes owed by the seller. <br />Please call me ext. 6076 if you have any questions. <br />RFC <br />
