Title was taken by deed from Armindo and Maria Graca, husband and wife, as joint tenants for a portion of APN 77A-640-4 at 1316 Timothy Drive, San Leandro, California and recorded in the Official Records of the County of Alameda under the County Recorder's Serial No. 96-186772 on July 31 , 1996 It is requested that your Honorable Board will: 1.
