Enclosed is <br />Check #1397014 in the amount of $2,518.96 from Placer Title for the property taxes for <br />the period July 1, 2005 to September 22, 2005, the date of our possession of the property. <br />As a municipal entity, the Redevelopment Agency is exempt from payment of property <br />tax. Please notate your file to show this tax exempt status and that all required taxes have <br />been paid. For your information, we have forwarded a request to the Board of <br />Supervisors for cancellation of taxes as of the date of possession by the Redevelopment <br />Agency (see copy of letter enclosed). <br />Thank you for assistance on this issue.
