„"4 5'79'7 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />10 FOOT WIDE STREET DEDICATION <br />All that real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of the 2.032 acre tract of land described in <br />the Deed to Edward A. Garcia, Madelyn M. Jones and Louise B. Clarke, dated <br />November 10, 1937, recorded December 2, 1937 in Book 3533, Page 297, <br />Alameda County Records, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the Southeastern line of Blossom <br />Way with the Northeastern line of East 14th Street, as said way and street are <br />shown on the map entitled, "Cherry Manor”, filed June 21, 1929, in Map Book <br />18, Page 66, Alameda County Records; running thence Southeasterly along the <br />Northeastern line of East 14th Street 578.20 feet, more or less, to a point on the <br />Northwestern boundary line of the said 2.032 acre tract of land; running thence <br />along the Northeastern line of East 14th Street South 471 58' 10" E, 79.13 <br />feet, more or less to a point on the Southeastern line of the said 2.032 acre tract <br />of land; thence Northeasterly along the said last mentioned line 463.25 feet, <br />more or less, to a point on the Southwestern line of Bancroft Avenue, as <br />described in Street Dedication to the County of Alameda, dated June 8, 1948 <br />and recorded July 13, 1948 in Book 5552, Page 457, Series No. AC/54439, <br />Alameda County Records, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />thence along the Southwestern line of Bancroft Avenue, N 471 58' 10" W, <br />63.24 feet, more or less, to a point on the said Northwestern line of the 2.032 <br />acre tract of land; thence Southwesterly along the said last mentioned line, S <br />540 46' 00" W, 10.25 feet; thence along a line that is 10 feet Southwesterly <br />of and parallel with the said Southwestern line of Bancroft Avenue, S 471 58' <br />10" E, 63.59 feet to a point on the said Southeastern line of the said 2.032 acre <br />tract; thence along the said Southeastern line, N 521 51' 00" E, 10.18 to the <br />TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Containing 634.1 square feet more or less. <br />LD 91-7 <br />DWG 1227 Case 1602 <br />Master Plan Acquisition <br />Bancroft Ave. frontage <br />13666 E. 14th St.-7 <br />Girls, Inc. <br />APN 77E-1525-5 <br />1 <br />
