Fb The City of San Leandro ` 835 E. 1411 Street San Leandro, CA 94577'1 n EXEMPT FROM RECORDING FEES PER GOVERNMENT CODE §§6103, 27383 RECONVEYANCE Ch f OF SAN LEANDRO 4 2006 CITY CLERK'S OFFICE WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation (the "Trustee") is the Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust") dated as of April 13, 1992, executed by Girls Incorporated of Alameda County, a California nonprofit corporation, (the "Trustor") to the Trustee, recorded on July 1, 1992 as Document No. 92214426 in the official records of Alameda County and affecting the real property described therein (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust secures the Beneficiary's Two Hundred Thousand Dollar ($ 200,000) loan to the Trustor; and WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust, having received valuable consideration from the Trustor, in the form of a lot line adjustment, desires to reconvey all of the estate now held by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust in and to the Property, said holder having presented said Deed of Trust and note(s) secured thereby for endorsement, NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with said request and the provisions of said Deed of Trust, Trustee does hereby RECONVEY, without warranty, to THE ENTITY LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, all estate now held by it thereunder in and to that property situated in said county, State of California, more fully described in Exhibit A, which has the address of 13666 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California and described as 077E-1525-005-02.
